Shipping

  • Please allow 1 business day (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. Same Day Shipping if ordered before 10am CST. All orders are shipped via UPS, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 1-4 business days after the order ships.  
  • UPS is the preferred shipping option. Postal service lags and multiple problems have occurred when shipped USPS.
  • If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
  • If you have NOT received a tracking number after 5 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact us via email here.
